Player Seeding & Challenge Rules
Realtime Updated Seedings
Challenge Rules:
New Players Joining the club will automatically be assigned “C” rating. Existing players in C and B will be moved up a group respectively so that each group has an even number of players.
Challenge Week
The first week of each month (or the first week of practice) is designated as Challenge Week.
Scheduling, Walkovers & Fair Play
If the defending team is unavailable during Week 1 due to travel or other conflicts, they must communicate with the challenger within a reasonable time. Both teams are expected to be understanding and flexible, and must make a genuine effort to complete the challenge by the end of Week 2. If no match is played by end of Week 2, and the defending team failed to communicate, it will be treated as a walkover: ➤ Defender moves down, challenger moves up. If the challenger wins a match completed in Week 2, they will be shielded from any new challenges for the following month, allowing them to enjoy a full cycle in the upper group. If the defender retains their position, all players return to regular monthly eligibility in the next cycle.
Completion Deadline
All matches must be completed by the end of the second week of the month at any official club play location. Walkovers will only be granted after Week 2 if the above criteria are not met.
Communication Etiquette
We ask all players to be courteous and flexible, ensuring challenges remain fun and competitive. Please coordinate match times via private chat to avoid cluttering the club’s main WhatsApp group. Only post final confirmed match times or results to the group portal.
